Clive Wint is a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE). He studied at the college of Arts Science and Technology (CAST) now the University of Technology and graduated with Diploma in Structural Engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction, having worked as Site Manager / Engineer on Numerous Projects such as May Pen Revenue Centre. New Forrest Primary and Junior High. Like any young entrepreneur he had dreamt of establishing himself as a leader and community stalwart, thus creating a partnership with his brother, Dalton Wint, to start their own company.

Dalton Wint is a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology. He has over 30 years of experience.
